ACGT offers a number of opportunities depending on who you are and what you expect from your involvement with ACGT.
Why should you join?
ACGT is an international open-source initiative that aims to promote post genomic research and clinical trials support in a number of important disease areas. Co-funded by the European Commission and the member partners, ACGT develops and provides information technology infrastructure, legal and ethical guidelines for use of resources and the conduct of clinical trials as well as actual clinical trial research in breast cancer and child nephroblastoma. This work is important because it helps bio-researchers and ultimately the healthcare industry develop new drugs and treatments that will better meet the personal needs and medical status of each person individually.
By joining ACGT you make it possible for your organization or yourself to offer your own resources to help this initiative as well as taking advantage of any results or resources that are made available via the project.
