Life in ACGT: Technical workshops in Lausane (18 to 19 november 2008)
The Technical Management Committee of the project met at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics in Lausanne (Switzerland) on 18-19 November 2008, for an intermediate internal review of the technical advances of the platform. The emphasis of the session was on the integration of the software components forming the data-analysis tools used by bioinformaticians/biostatisticians involved in clinical trials.
