Oncosimulator

What is the "Oncosimulator"?

The "Oncosimulator" is an advanced information system which will be able to simulate the response of tumours and affected normal tissues to therapeutic schemes based on clinical, imaging, histopathologic and molecular data of a given cancer patient. It aims at optimizing cancer treatment on a patient-individualized basis by performing in silico (on the computer) experiments of candidate therapeutic schemes.
